专利摘要:
In a catenary mast for overhead line systems of electric rail vehicles are on the mast guides (1, 2, 6) arranged for a mast upwardly extending carrier (7), which carries a the overhead line (11) cantilever (10). The carrier (7) is displaceable in the guides (1, 2; 6) and a threaded spindle (20) can be screwed into a nut (18) arranged in the upper region of the mast and held in a guide in a carrier (7) rotatably mounted lower guide part (21). As a result, an adjustment of the carrier can be done from below.
The invention relates to a catenary mast for overhead line systems of electric rail vehicles. In known masts, the attachment of the boom for the support of the overhead line usually takes place by means of the mast encompassing clamps, which are braced by screws. In a necessary change in the height of the contact wire, a contact wire position regulation, a variety of screws must be loosened, the boom displaced and the screws are tightened again. Such a process is cumbersome and expensive. The invention has provided an arrangement with which a contact wire position regulation can be achieved in a much simpler manner than was previously possible, and this regulation can be carried out from the ground. This arrangement according to the invention is characterized in that guides are arranged on the mast for a support extending the mast upwards, which carries a cantilever holding the overhead line, wherein the carrier is displaceable in the guides and a threaded spindle in a arranged in the upper region of the mast Nut screwed and rotatably mounted in a carrier holding the carrier in a guide lower guide part. If the altitude of the contact wire must be changed in a catenary system equipped with a catenary mast according to the invention, this can be done in a simple manner by turning the threaded spindle from the ground. In the context of the invention, the mast can be designed as a spring pair with two mold tubes connected to one another in the region of their ends. Spring pairs are known in the art, in particular, as rectangular spring pairs, the moment characteristic of these bending springs being extremely favorable when bent. In a further embodiment of the invention, one of the two forming tubes is extended upwards relative to the connection of the forming tubes, and the roller of a wheel clamping mechanism is attached to the extension. The arrangement of the two mold tubes, it is possible that the weight of the Radspannwerkes is guided between the two forming tubes. In order to facilitate the mounting of the carrier on the mast is inventively provided that an upper guide has two mouth-open outward guide parts, which are provided with resiliently receding during insertion of the mast locking springs, wherein the mother is arranged for the threaded spindle between the guide parts. In such an embodiment, the carrier can be inserted from the outside between the two guide parts, wherein the locking springs allow the insertion, however, prevent a return movement. Suitably, the two form tubes are designed as a guide for the lower guide part. In the context of the invention, the role of a Radspannwerkes can be attached to the mast. According to the invention, the lower guide part has a central opening in which the weight of the Radspannwerkes is movable. The invention will be described in more detail below with reference to exemplary embodiments illustrated in the drawings, without being limited to these examples. Showing: Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a catenary mast according to the invention; Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the upper guide; Fig. 3 is a view of the upper guide with a partially inserted section; Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the lower guide member; Fig. 5 is a plan view of the lower guide member; Fig. 6 is a view of the threaded spindle; Fig. 7 is a perspective view of a provided with a Radspannwerk catenary mast. According to FIG. 1, a catenary mast according to the invention has two forming tubes 1 and 2, which are connected to one another at the bottom by a connecting piece 3 and at the top by a connecting piece 4. At the connector 3, a pipe 5 is attached, which serves to anchor the mast in the ground. At the upper guide piece 4, a guide 6 is fixed to a carrier 7, which is vertically displaceable in the guide 6. On the carrier 7 at 8 and 9, a known Z-boom 10 is attached. This keeps the contact wire 11 in the desired altitude above the track (not shown). The guide 6, shown enlarged in FIGS. 2 and 3 with respect to FIG. 1, has two guide parts 12 and 13, which open outwards in the form of a mouth. By means of a mounting plate 14, the guide 6 is attached to the upper connector 4. In openings 15 protrude locking springs 16 which are pivotable about their outer ends 17, to which they are attached to the mouth-shaped ends of the guide members 12 and 13. When inserting the carrier 7 between the guide members 12 and 13, therefore, the locking springs 16 move to the outside to spring back after the insertion of inward and thus prevent a return movement of the carrier 7. Between the two guide members 12 and 13, a nut 18 is mounted on a plate 19. In the nut 18 is a parallel to the carrier 7 extending threaded spindle 20 can be screwed, which is rotatably mounted in a lower guide member 21. The guide member 21 is slidably guided in the trained as guides bars 1 and 2. In Figs. 4 and 5, the guide member 21 and in Fig. 6, the threaded spindle 20 is shown in more detail. The guide member 21 consists of two parts screwed together 21 'and 21' ', which form recesses 22, which are guided in the bars 1 and 2. At the part 21 ', a receptacle 23 for the lower end of the carrier 7 is arranged. Furthermore, there is a bearing 24 for the lower end of the threaded spindle 20 on the part 21 '. The central opening 25 receives the weight 42 in catenary masts with a Radspannwerk (Fig. 7). The threaded spindle 20 (FIG. 6) has a threaded part 30, a smooth part 31, a screw 32, which is rotatably mounted in the bearing 24 of the guide member 21. On the screw 32 is a lock nut 33rd If the threaded spindle 20 is rotated, either by hand by attack on the part 31 or by means of a key on the screw 32, it screws into the nut 18 of the upper guide 6 on or off, and thus the carrier 7 is moved vertically. In the embodiment of FIG. 7, the roller 40 of a Radspannwerkes is arranged on the connecting piece 4, on the rope 41, the weight 42 depends. Numerous modifications are possible within the scope of the invention. So the mast would not be designed as a spring pair. Also, the guides for the carrier and the bearings for the threaded spindle could be designed differently than shown. The role of Radspannwerkes could also be located on an extension of one of the two forming tubes of the mast.
